Do I need to be in shape to start CrossFit?

Absolutely not. Every workout at CrossFit MYO is scaled to your current fitness level. Our On-Ramp program teaches you the fundamentals safely before joining group classes.

What does a typical class look like?

Each 60-minute class includes a structured warm-up, skill or strength work, and a workout of the day (WOD). Every session is coached — you're never on your own.

How is CrossFit MYO different from a regular gym?

We provide expert coaching, intelligent programming, and a real community. You don't wander around figuring out what to do — we handle the plan; you do the work.

Where is CrossFit MYO located?

We're located at 3550 Charter Park Drive in San Jose, CA 95136. We've been serving the South Bay since 2013.

What are the class times?

Monday through Friday: 5:30 AM – 8:00 PM (midday break between morning and evening sessions). Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM. Sunday: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM. Check our schedule page for the full breakdown.
